Celebrating Our Collective Success
We are fortunate to have a team that cares for the farm and its people the same way we do, and we enjoy celebrating our shared accomplishments throughout the year.
Each seeding and harvest season begins with a team meeting about the goals for the season and how we plan to accomplish these goals safely and efficiently. In true farm fashion, these meetings always include a meal and an opportunity to socialize with new and existing team members.
Seeding and harvest are the farm's busiest seasons, and the entire group puts in long hours of hard work every day. After each season, we come together to celebrate our successes with some fun and socializing. The end of seeding is an excellent time for a family BBQ, with good food and company. We celebrate the end of harvest with an event or activity that takes us off the farm - our group has attended Rider's games, concerts, spas, brewery tours, etc.
